1. Preamble

The present General Terms of Use (GTU) and General Conditions of Sale (GCV) define the terms of use of the Weeel service, an automation platform for event requests for those in the hospitality industry, published by the company Weeel SAS.

2. Definitions

• Publisher: Weeel SAS, publisher of the platform

• User: Individual or entity using the Weeel service

• Subscription: Access to the functionalities of the service according to the defined conditions

  
  

3. Subscription Offers

3.1 Annual Subscription

• Rate: €189 excl. VAT/month

• Duration: 12-month commitment

• Features:

  • Access to all functionalities

  • Unlimited customer service

  • Support and training

3.2 Monthly Subscription

• Rate: 3% of the signed turnover including tax

• Duration: no commitment

• Ceiling: €289 excl. VAT/month

• Features:

  • Access to all functionalities

  • Unlimited customer service

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Subscribing to a subscription implies unconditional acceptance of the present GTU/GCV.

4.2 Any subscription is final and can only be refunded in case of force majeure or service failure.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscriptions are payable:

• Monthly for no commitment plans

• Monthly for plans with a 12-month commitment

  
  

  
  

5.2 Any commenced month is due in full.

6. Termination

6.1 For subscriptions with commitment:

• Termination possible only at the end of the commitment period

• 30 days notice prior to the renewal date

  
  

  
  

6.2 For subscriptions without commitment:

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Weeel retains all intellectual property rights over its service.

7.2 The user has a personal and non-transferable right of use.

8. Liability and Guarantees

8.1 Weeel commits to:

• Maintaining a service available 99.5% of the time

• Ensuring data confidentiality

8.2 Weeel's liability cannot be engaged in case of:

• Non-compliant use of the service

• External disturbances

9. Protection of Personal Data

9.1 Weeel commits to complying with RGPD regulations.

9.2 The user has the right to access, modify, and delete their data by contacting the following address: dpo@weeel.io

10. Modification Clause

Weeel reserves the right to modify the present GTU/GCV, with 30 days notice.

11. Competent Jurisdiction

Any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Weeel SAS headquarters.
